Deaf Reach is proud to announce the launch of the new Higher Education wing at our Rashidabad campus, sponsored by the National Bank of Pakistan. It is the first and only college that also offers a BA program for deaf students in rural Sindh, where generally schools provide education only up to Grade 8.
The inauguration was attended by the president of NBP, Mr. Rehmat Ali Hasnie, who commented, “It was such a wonderful day spent observing all the good work that you and your team have done with the Deaf Reach Program. I am so glad that National Bank in some small way has become part of this achievement.” This new addition is a significant step towards making quality higher education accessible to deaf students, especially girls, in rural Sindh.
