In a country where access to education for the Deaf community is scarce, the Deaf Reach Program is bridging the gap. Deaf Reach is continually expanding its programs to empower marginalized and underserved urban and rural deaf children, youth and adults, the majority of whom are economically challenged, to provide them with a brighter and independent future. The program’s innovative and holistic approach focuses on education and skills training, sign language development, teacher and parent training, job placements and advocacy for the Deaf.
