Rimsha and Aisha Gulzar are twin deaf artists whose creative paths reflect both purpose and passion. Rimsha explores ceramics, pottery, and artisan crafts, with a dream of opening a workshop to train deaf youth, blending creativity with economic empowerment. Her sister, Aisha, is a muralist and teacher trainee at Deaf Reach who uses public art to raise awareness around deaf pride and accessibility. From large walls to tiny details, she’s painting a more inclusive future. Together, they remind us that art is not just self-expression, but it can also serve as education and impact!

Abdul Aziz believes that art is a way to connect with tradition and self. As a deaf artist, he’s drawn to calligraphy, Islamic motifs, and quiet scenes that reflect beauty in the everyday. Through his art, Abdul Aziz hopes to preserve traditional forms of expression and eventually teach other deaf students the spiritual power of this practice.
